Ordered chicks

So I ordered 38 chicks today. No they are not all for me, they are split between 6 of us. As the minimum order is 25 we pooled together again this year. I'm ordering a Cukoo Maran, Salmon Favarolles, Egyptian Fayamis girls, a male Aracanua Americana and 2 Black Giant Jersey chickens. We wanted a nicer rooster as ours is being a brat to the boys. So this one is going to be "boy-handled" from the time we get it. They are coming from McMurray McMurray Hatchery- which I LOVE! They have great costumer service and great birds. Our family has used them for years. I'm looking forward to the dark eggs of the Cukoo Maran- supposed to be the darkest egg. The Salmon Faverolles have a tinted egg- but no color specified, so we can't wait to see what color it will be.
